Notes on Admission:
1. Union and User Group regulations currently permit individuals resident anywhere in the world above age 14 to join the user group. Applications will be approved if the applicant has not been restricted.
2. If you are under 14 years of age, you need to obtain parental consent before applying.
3 . You will be notified regarding your membership.
